• Is Snyder the odd-man out?

  According to RedSox.com, Kyle Snyder left the clubhouse today "dejected" after being told he was going to be designated for assignment to make room for Josh Beckett, who starts tomorrow's game against the Jays. No official roster move was made following Boston's 10-2 loss to Toronto, and Snyder did not address the issue with reporters after the game. The Sox right-hander did look visibly upset as he left the clubhouse.

• Roster Latest: Jets “Rethinking Things”

  Hutch reports that the Jets rescheduled the 1pm conference call (where they would presumably announce the cuts) and draws the conclusion that the Jets might be rethinking the decision to release Jesse Chatman, which he describes as “odd”. The conference call will now be at 6pm ET. I wonder if the Jets floated the trade rumors from earlier today (happy to help, by the way) to see if anyone would register interest .

• Talking Roster

  Apparently the Lakers coaching staff is thinking like some commenters on this blog have been — they want to consider Lamar Odom coming off the bench this year. And apparently Odom is game for the idea, making a sort of Manu-like role for himself. While I've been in the “let's start the big five and see how they mesh before we decide it won't work camp,” I'll admit that Odom coming off the bench has what Ziller aptly described as “delightful possibilities.

  From Rochester, NY: (December 23, 2007) — Trying to save Bruce “Spud” Szpakowski when his main blood vessel burst in August was as dramatic and messy as any ER episode.   J'ai regarde la presentation d'exalead ("decouvrez exalead") grace au lecteur video qui est pratique et simple, seulement je devais regler le volume du lecteur a chaque fois que je changeais de video de presentation. Il serait bien que le lecteur memorise le volume que l'on a definit lors de la derniere lecture d'une video, comme sur dailymotion par exemple.
